We are proud to announce that we have joined the Body Image Pledge started by Dr. Luke Evans MP.

LONDON, June 26, 2023 - We are proud to announce that we have joined the Body Image Pledge started by Dr. Luke Evans MP. The pledge has been signed by national organisations such as Dove, Boots, Marks and Spencer and Boohoo Group, who have all committed to stopping digitally 'fixing' of their model’s body shapes and sizes. This is an important step in promoting a positive body image for all.

At OpenOrigins and Frankli, we believe that everyone should feel confident in their own skin and be able to express themselves without fear of judgement or criticism. That’s why we’re proud to work with Dr. Luke Evans MP and other organisations on this important cause.

Body image pledge is a voluntary commitment which brands, charities and organisations can sign to show they will not digitally manipulate a person’s body proportions in any of their direct images - something which can be difficult but is essential if we want our society to move forward positively.

We understand how powerful imagery can be when it comes to impacting someone's self-esteem and confidence levels, which is why we are committed to working with Dr. Luke Evans MP and other organisations on this initiative. We look forward to seeing the positive changes that will come from this pledge as well as continuing our mission of promoting a healthy attitude towards body image for everyone.
